We would like to provide you with an important update regarding the current outage affecting our frontend services. We regret to inform you that our websites are currently down due to an electrical fire incident at the data center where they are hosted.
The incident occurred on 07/10/2023 at 19:08, and since then, the power has been cut off as per the instructions of the local fire marshal. The fire department promptly extinguished the fire, but the power had to remain off while the fire marshal and utility company verify the safety of the electrical system.
We are actively working with our service provider to resolve the issue and restore our services to normal as quickly as possible. Currently, our provider's remediation vendor is conducting extensive cleaning of the affected UPS devices and rooms at the fire marshal's request. Once the cleanup is completed, the fire marshal will inspect the site before we can proceed with the reenergizing process.
